About our VAT (24 %)
- All customers OUTSIDE the European Union (EU) do NOT have to pay our VAT (tax free).
- VAT registered companies in the EU do NOT have to pay our VAT (Intra-Community supply). Please type your VAT number in format: country code + numbers. Example: DE123456789.
- If you are allowed to buy without our VAT, it will be removed automatically before payment.
- All private customers in the European Union have to pay our VAT.

You can also pay via PayPal. Please note: you have to return to the shop after payment. Otherwise you never receive automatic order confirmation.
Invoice
Paying by invoice is available for companies registered into our webshop. The goods will be sent after receiving payment. For other invoicing options, please send an inquiry via email.
Delivery methods
We mainly send the ordered goods via priority mail or express letter, Global Mail (= registered letter), DHL Express world wide service or GLS Business (door to door). All parcels have a tracking number. You can find all the available shipping options in the shopping cart after filling in the details required.
If you want to use your own courier contract, please provide your courier company and your account number.
Product returns
Product returns must be agreed in advance with the seller. The products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for the freight costs of product returns.
